岗位职责：
1. Make visual inspection ensure correctly results
进行相关产品外观百检并确保检验结果正确。
2. Make report .
进行百检工作记录。
3. Report quality problem in time after inspection.
及时汇报百检情况
4. Make spot check for products and ensure correctly results.
每日进行相关产品点检并确保正确。
5. Make spot check report by excel and chart.进行点检的记录。
6. Continual improvement to reduce lead-time and cost, increase the efficiency.
持续进行工作时间和成本减少的增效。
7. Report quality problem in time after spot check.及时汇报点检情况
8. Assist follow the C&P or other quality control active.
协助进行纠正预防措施的跟踪和其他质量控制活动。
9. Assist complete related product test.协助完成相关产品的测试。
10. Executes Daily maintenance of measuring tool and keep clean of work area.
执行每日设备维护和工作环境的整洁
11. Able to use HELICHECK to measuring products.能使用HELICHECK 进行产品测量。
12. Have the ability of spot check for all type of products 具备所有产品的检验能力.
Able to training other operator within QC dept.. 能够培训其他人员。
任职要求：
· More than Ｏne years experiences of quality work. 一年以上质量工作经验
· Fill knowledge Ｏn relating production with at least three years .相关生产加工三年以上经验。
· Technical school and equivalent education background中专或同等学历
· Occupational Qualification Certificate/Medium Skill Level(Fourth Level)（ 中级（四级）以上职业资格证书（长度计量工四级）
· Basic computer skill Ｏn MS-Office 计算机基本操作技能
· Could understand the English instructions and drawings.能够看懂英文指导书/图纸
